Classic fritter made from sliced onions, fresh spinach and green chilli, seasoned with fennel seeds, cumin, ginger and garlic
Spice Lounge Special
Chicken tikka cooked with onions and fresh peppers. Stir-fried with hot spices and cheddar cheese. A favourite of our chef.
Patta Chaat
Baby spinach dipped in seasoned and spiced chickpea batter, tossed in chaat masala. Topped with sweet yoghurt, mint, pomegranate seeds and tamarind chutney.
Chicken Manchurian
Crispy-fried chicken in a spicy, tangy, sweet sauce, pan-fried with diced mix peppers and onions.
Lahori Sheekh Kebab
Minced lamb seasoned with crushed red chilli, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic and fresh green herbs, skewered and finished in Tandoor.
Paneer Relish
Indian cheese stir fried with fresh green chillies, spring onions, peppers and spiced with chefs sweet spicy relish sauce.
Hot Chilli Fish
Cod fillet chunks marinated in our chefs own herbs and spice, lightly-fried and finished in a garlic chilli sauce.

Chicken Shashlik
Lightly seasoned spring chicken, barbecued on the coals of our tandoori oven and served with roasted onions, peppers, mushrooms and paneer (Indian cheese). Low calorie dish.
North Indian Chilli Chicken
A seriously hot and spicy dish from Bangladesh, it features a potent fusion of garlic, green chilli and exotic eastern spices.
Chicken Jalpati
Fresh spring chicken pieces cooked in a combination of spicy jalfrezi and pathia sauces along with a good handful of green chillies and red peppers. A great choice for fans of the hot and spicy.
Coriander Ceyloni Chicken
Chicken cooked in a special blend of coriander and our chef’s special relish sauce together with a slight infusion of garlic and ginger.
Chicken Tikka Masala
Marinated succulent chicken cooked in a spicy but sweet sauce. An alternative to the lovers of traditional chicken tikka masala.
Chicken Makhini
Breast chicken cooked in a buttery creamy sauce, infused with spices and slow cooked in a rich tomato sauce.
Methi Gosht
Succulent pieces of lamb simmered in pot cooked onion, tomatoes, dry fenugreek leaves and spices.

Syrian Beef
Speciality from the Syrian Christian community of Kerala in India. Tender beef braised in caramelised onions, tomatoes, Malabar spices and tempered with mustard seeds, shallots and curry leaves.
Chicken Tikka Chasni
